I’m your personal trainer—delivered. Your workouts have never been more convenient. I come right to your doorstep for every session, and coach you through each workout. Even on those days you don’t feel like showing up, I am here for you. 

You’ll experience secure and efficient training under the vigilant guidance of a seasoned expert. Every week I impart valuable takeaways that you can immediately implement in sessions and out. I guide you toward your definition of wellness and encourage your focus of the me in ME Method.

  • Equipment always gives us more variety and options, however, it’s not always a necessity. I will assess you where you’re at and give recommendations based on your individual needs. I also have a variety of equipment on hand. If you happen to have your own gym equipment, I can develop fitness programs for you that are convenient, customized, and creative.

  • Consistency is your best friend. I’m here for you every step of the way, taking out any guesswork getting from point A-B in the name of efficiency. The average time to see results can be anywhere from 8-15 weeks depending on how many times per week you train. We’ll reassess over time, and make adjustments along the way. As long as you’re adhering to your prescribed program, you will see and feel the results associated to focusing on the me in ME Method.

You receive the 1:1 care, without that overwhelming big-box gym feeling. Whether it’s difficult to find time to get to the gym or you’re just hesitant in the first place, I get it. You’re able to workout more frequently and consistently in order to meet transformation.

  • I’m flexible! I mostly travel within Waukesha County, with some availability to travel to Milwaukee County.

  • No! Your first visit is always on me. During this session, you can expect: body assessment, nutrition assessment, setting up your goals, brief paperwork—yay!

  • Always—yes! It’s very important that you’re cleared to exercise before we begin. I want to make sure you’re healthy enough to begin your journey.
